Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
All packages are shipped via USPS first class mail or International First Class Mail.We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address, and do not refund lost or stolen packages.If you would like Priority shipping over seas please convo me for an estimate prior to purchasing.
How long to receive my order?
Processing time from your purchase to being hand created in studio can take from 1-2 weeks. Delivery time is based upon what you choose. 1st class mail in the USA is usally 3-5 days. Priorty mail is usally 2-3 days.
Where are you located?
Our studio in located in Stoughton, WI. We hand make everything right there, made to order, one piece at a time.
